My 55 Reg c4 1.6 HDi was:-
Air filter every 30,000 miles
Timing belt (& water pump) every 10 years
Brake fluid every 2 years
Diesel fuel filter every 35,500 miles
Depends on your model, driving conditions, supermarket or proper fuel used etc etc

ONLY joking about supermarket fuel ...

Citroen reduced the Fuel Filter replacement schedule to 25k at some point because of all the winter issues.

I replaced mine last week. That's the 2nd I done and I'm at about 115000 miles. Remember to pour some fuel into the filter or you might have trouble priming and starting the car. I add an additive to the filter as my MOT is due in 3 weeks.

It should take about 30 minutes to change. There is a small switch that you need to remove from the old filter and add to the new filter. I posted a walk through a few years ago for the filter replacement.

Well done Gary, an excellent guide - the only thing I would add is to replace the air filter at the same time as you will have removed most parts you need to to access it.
