Had the C4 for a few weeks now and loving it.

Was park at an office today and when I got back to the car I had loads of white spots all over it and some larger. By the looks of it some one must have been stripping paint the other side of the fence and it has all blown over on to the cars in the car back. By the looks of it mine was one of the least effected. I have white spots down 50% of the drivers side and the bonnet and on a black car looks bad.

I have had car hand washed straight away and some has come off.

Any advice to really get it back to it's best?

Megs claybar kit from Halfords. Around £15 I think. Easily sort that out.

Wash, leave car wet, spray quick detailer on panel, slide clay over, wipe.

Polish, wax.

Get Beer and admire your work.

Looks like they have added more items to the kit. First one I got you got a clay bar, quick detailer and that was your lot.

Now you get a MF cloth, wax, QD, and 2 clay bars.

That's what I got in my kit, Quick Detailer, 2 clay bars, a 400x400 approx cloth and a small bottle of wax...

ok guys I tried the bar at the weekend and it worked a little. It seemed to smooth alot of the spots out but I still have loads over the front and side. Any other ideas?

Any chance of a picture to see what damage its actually done?

If it IS paint stripper then unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done other than a respray. Even the smallest flecks will bloom paint...its evil stuff.

If it is paint stripper make sure you find out who was doing it, and make sure they pay for the respray...
