 So my girlfriend's Citroen C4 VTR+ VTi 2012 has a problem with the heater - only blowing cold air. It’s not a problem with A/C stuck on as when we turn A/C on it’s a powerful cold air

Have yous got any idea?

 That wouldn't cause it to only blow cold. It sounds like the diverter on the heater matrix isn't working.
