Did you fit the resistor mod that comes with the brake switch? Brake switch will keep failing without the additional resistor cable.

The resistor will likely be part of the additional cable supplied with the brake switch. Heat shrinked, so you will not see it.

Try cleaning the switch with a switch cleaner. Also move the steering wheel in and out and up and down a few times. May not work, but cheap and quick.
