Tell which Rear Brake type my C4 uses

There are 2 types of rear brake assembly used on the C4 supplied by Lucas and Bosch
The Lucas Assembly looks like this image:

The Bosch Assembly looks like this image:

When replacing rear discs they normally come complete with the rear wheel bearings and ABS ring so are an expensive item to replace.
