it is worth doing the dirt that comes out of the paint.

I clay bar my car at the week the wife thinks it a bit ott

As long as you keep claying to a fair minimum its fine. Not something you want to do every week. Usually worth doing every 3 - 6 months.

As it will strip off wax etc as well so keep in mind once you have clayed you need to put fresh wax on.

Whats the best cleaner to use on the dash as it has a matt finish? Nice C4 minipaulo. I have to get me self a spoiler, i've got the standard mini spoiler on at the moment.

The ArmourAll Matt Dash Wipes are pretty good and come in Matt or Gloss depending on your personal preferance.

Yep I use Armourall when on occaision I [or I should say the missus does] clean the interior of my car
