 I got this from www.autodiagnos.com: The BSI Interface (PDF format, 150KB)

It's not specific to the C4, but describes the layout and relationships of the major electronic control units in PSA vehicles.

 Interesting and frustrating at the same time. Document tells you that the diagnostics interface is serial, but no details of baud rate, user ID/protection or protocol.
Useful addition to documentation.
