2005 C4 VTS Fan Blower motor not working

 Hello
My Fan blower motor is not working.

I have replaced the blower motor, Control panel from dash, the fan speed resistor, i have checked all fuses and still not working.

It "looks' like the fan blower is not getting the signal to operate

Anyone can help?
