Hi there, This is a great forum and has helped me out enormously over the years with helpful advice. I just wanted to confirm a question I have and can not completely find the answer. I have a C4 Spacetourer 2019 and am just about to sell our old car a C4 Picasso 2014. The C4 picasso has nicer wheels as I had them re-polished a couple of years ago So my question is, can I switch the wheels over and what about the tyre sensors. They have the same bolt pattern. I believe the tyre/pressure sensors are not on the wheels, it's about a sensor detecting from the ABS that detects the different in wheel speed if the tyre loses pressure. Is this correct. If so, does that mean I can just swap the wheels and then do the reinitiallation like normal. I do not have to get the car to be re-programmed to recognise the new wheels by the Citroën garage using the Lexia. Many thanks for your advice and help. |
