Hey all.. hoping to get some advice on the family C4 Picasso 2008 VYi petrol 1.6

So on very cold mornings have issues with it starting. It seems to tick over ok but very rough and you have to keep giving it gas as it sounds like it's about to stall.
after a minute or so it goes away and seems fine.

No errors or lights etc.

Seen some stuff about the MAF sensor cleaning but took out air filter piping today and can't see anything on the right hand side where it's supposed to be.

Anybody had similar issues? And if so, was it linked to the MAF and where is it?
