Hi all, my blowers have recently packed up, so I changed the resistor, nothing, still no blowers, so I changed the motor and had power, put the glove box back in, tried it again and nothing again. I traced the wire back to the plug and it was slightly melted together. I bought a new plug but when I snipped the wires they touched and had a little spark (forgot to disconnect the battery) wired them up to the plug and still nothing. Have I blown a fuse by doing this and if so would any of you know which fuse it would be? Many thanks in advance for any help. | ||

Have you checked the fuse? It lives on the battery on mine. |

The blower on max draws a huge current. I run it thru a 30amp fuse and the wire and connector get hot. It may be the wire isnt fat enuff. I had the same issues as you but Ive hot wired it into the glove box because its not listed in the fuse box diagrams. |
