Flat battery I presume, engine management system light on now

 Hiya guys hope your all well !
Jumped in the French flyer this morning my 2005 vtr+ and she didn’t turn over then just clicking of the starter if you know whot I mean .
So after work jumped her with a power pack but the management warning is on now , is this just from the flat battery , how do I reset it ?

 If the battery is the issue, with starting a car with cables or battery pack, you should not have any issues afterwards.

 Hiya after a few usages the engine management sign has gone !
So must have been the battery, cheeers
