Battery charge now Braking system faulty

 Hi All

2009 Grand picasso
The battery went flat over the weekend to put it on charge and when i re assembled fuse box and battery case the car would not even turn over, I got Faulty Braking system fault as well as lot of bleeping.
Battery is good only a couple of years old and I tested it and its got 13 volts.

Any help appreciated

 Testing battery voltage is one thing, testing under load is another. Lack of proper voltage can trigger different errors.

 Citroen seem to be quite bad for random faults on a low battery, especially when starting.

 I have tried disconnecting battery but still getting faults braking system hand brake. car beeps alot but wont tyurn over.
windows wont work.
must be some computer fault?

 Once a battery goes seriously flat, it's unlikely to fully recover.

I suggest a a professional battery tesy at ATS or similar. Not Halfords.
