Hello all. I have like some other owners issue with the heating in my C4 B7 -2011. I am out of options at the moment. I have changed the thermostat housing, checked all actuators (all seem to work), all flaps (seem to be ok) and had the heating radiator (matrix?) out of the system to check if it was clogged. Nothing seem to help, the heating is slow and uneven in my opinion. The water pipe in the heating radiator is very hot but the outgoing pipe is not very hot. Can it be that radiator is clogged even if it looked clean inside? I noticed the water flow through the radiator when flushing it under the tap not is very big. Also when i use the auto function on the heating system does it mostly blow pretty low flow and mostly only from the vents aimed at the passengers. The engines water temp is around 85 degrees Celsius after heating up. Any advices?
