I have a Citroen C4 2017 and recently I started hearing snapping sounds (like someone is snapping their fingers or like there are tiny firecrackers exploding) somewhere below the pedals (approximately). I can sense it on the steering wheel too. It happens whenever the car is moving, even if I'm not adding gas (I think it's even more pronounced if I'm not adding gas actually). It happens even when I'm slowing down and stopping the car.

I wouldn't say it is very periodical but it happens every like 2-10 seconds

Any ideas what it might be?
