Hi everyone. I'm not a C4 owner, but have a friend who is, and he has asked me to try and find out why his blower isn't working as I mess around with cars now and again. Anyway - from what I've read, it is probably either going to be a fuse, relay, resistor or motor problem. However, I haven't been able to find diagrams or photos of under bonnet fuse boxes that are the same as his and describe what I need to look at. The control panel seems to be working, as the A/C light works, but there is not blower on any speed. I have checked all the regular fuses in box glove box and under bonnet, including F11, which I believe is one of the culprits. Would anyone be able to supply a fuse and relay diagram and maybe a guide on how to bypass the relay with a fused wire (which I believe is a common fix for this issue)? His car is a 2010 C4 Coupe VTR, VIN VF7LA9HXCAY509477. Many thanks in advance for any advice! Matt

You check diagram for fuses here : - Click Here - I would personally blame BSM fuse box, as C4/C4 picasso are prone to water in the engine bay |

Strangely, the under bonnet fuse box looks nothing like the one in those diagrams. The part number of his one is 9666700480. It looks like this one;![]() |

According to this - Click Here - F11, 40A is a fuse for blower. If you come to point to replace BSM, just search for R05, same as current one |

On the DS4 of similar age, the blower fuse is on the battery mounted part.

Nope, it's quite annoying that you need the citroen technical CD to find it.
