As my wife won’t use planes anymore we have travelled to Spain by coach. The journey is long somewhere about27 hrs to northern Spain. As we are both elderly there doesn’t seem to be enough stops so I was thinking of driving down next year. I have never driven abroad before so can you members that do travel down tell me the following.
1) how easy is it.
2) what are the approx fuel costs on a c4 Picasso 1.6 diesel to the calella, malgrat area.
3) cost of tolls or do you get a prepay thing to go on windscreen.
4) rough journey time.
I can sort ferry/ tunnel times / prices out and driving time on this side but was trying to get a rough idea to help me plan.
