Hi everyone - i have been doing service on my c4gp, i have used the diagbox many times before on a pc i have bought with a diagbox on it, that stopped working however, then i bought a 9.68 diagbox from tools4cars website, and that installed nice and have used it multiple times -
Now it stopped working, it loads and show the initial logo with the mrrory and then stop working and loads into a big light blue screen, then an error comes up - error client request not send.

I have tried to remove the Vm machine and reinstall it from the download link i had on same computer. I have tried many different kompatibilitet options, run as admin etc.
It always do the same.

The windows the guy installed on the machine was not an authentic one and want to activate -- can this be the reason it dont work???

It is somewhat annoying that this rather important tool dont work when it need to.
It might also just be me, my computerskills are not very good..
