Is there a certain way to tune DAB on these nac units or possibly faulty? I click the circle arrow to tune just same as for FM but it finds nothing? Our Smeg+ system works perfect. |

I know this is an old thread but posting here for completeness and for anyone who may see it in future. The C4 Picasso/Grand Picasso had a common fault on the roof aerial antenna where it would allow water into the internal parts of the antenna causing the DAB to slowly become intermittent and eventually fully fail. Replacing the roof aerial fixes this issue. It mainly affects the 2017 models. Part number is 9815614880 It has 4 thin cables coming off it too and is accesses from inside the headliner through either the rear roof light hole, or the rear roof seat belt hole in the panoramic version. |

I had a similar issue but on 2009 C4P, water was entering around the antenna. I had to change roof lining, and I have permanently fixed the issue with water leak. But I would thought that Citroen has fixed this in later models. | ||||

The seal on the roof was fine - so no water leak on the head lining - but the seal on the actual aerial itself was poor, so water was slowly getting in to the circuit board inside the shark fin antenna on the roof, needing a replacement shark fin aerial. |
