 Hi. Just got a 2017 C4 Picasso Flair model yesterday. I used the Citroen app with VIN number to download the Citroen update software and then the latest nav and firmware files. Just installed them which took ages.

Now in settings the Bluetooth search for device is greyed out so can't add my phone for calls or android auto.

Also the DAB search just scans very fast and finds zero stations. So update seems to have broken it. LOL. My wife has same car but has Smeg+ and DAB works fine where we are so it's not a signal issue.

Any help please?

 Try to disconnect battery for 10-15 minutes.

 Thanks will try that. Gonna download again and install again first see if that helps. I prefer the smeg+ system myself.

 Disconnecting battery did nothing as did re install did nothing either.

Dab finds nothing and BT does not work.

Is it possible to downgrade to older firmware on these? No doubt that's a no as french logic will not allow.

Should have left firmware as it was .

 I think you need to go to Citroen service center, they need to use Lexia to enable Bluetooth.
