They checked 4 wheels, in two different service centers. Both of them point out that front right was a bit off alignment. But, problem remained.

I have a theory - does it pull like keep pulling the wheel to the right? It might be the steering column, looks like you cant take the belt off, it runs the generator and hydraulic pump, then you wont have steering assist. But might show if the problem goes away? It might be a leaking gasket in the steering gear that keep letting pressure into the gear and turns it to the right. |

It keeps pulling to the right, like when you have a flat tyre I suppose. I'm guessing if that is a issue, it would pull to the right immediately. When I'm driving below 50km/h, it is like a normal car . Steering wheel is light, no noises, turns the wheels without issue. When the steering wheel becomes more sensitive, and with less turning radius, then the issue is mostly shown. I will take a picture, I will drive on the highway next week, and issue will be shown.

Could be a dragging brake (jammed caliper or piston), worn suspension joint or bearing, or a faulty tyre. Over the years, I have experienced all three. |

Braking pads are evenly used, there are no vibrations or sounds coming from the wheels. Tyres were swapped front to back. Front suspension then.

I had a highway drive this morning. New problem, now sometimes I have vibration on the steering wheel. But not always, it seems that depends of the road flatness. I drive constantly 115km/h, then vibrations are there, then all of the sudden, no vibration at all, it has to have something with tyre change .car still pulls to the right. Even at small speed. If I let go of the steering wheel, it goes right. I made a short movie, wast able to do it better - Click Here - |

Are you moving the steering wheel back and forth or is it moving on its own? If on it's own something is loose or worn out, if it was tracking it would pull constantly not back and forth. When stationary is there any play in the steering (moving seering wheel side to side, you should even if wheel not quite moving still feel a little force back from the tyres. |

Also something you can do yourself is when parked just grab hold of each front wheel and try and move them one way and other to see if there is any play.

Unfortunately, video is not clear enough. I correct steering wheel position, but it goes to the right, it doesn't play around. In January in service, while the car was in the air, service man moved a wheel to different directions, there is no movement. When stationary, wheel can be turned left and right, and I feel force.

Your steering wheel appears to be moving more than the car is. You only appear to straighten the wheel not correct left, if steering had moved that much you should of gone near the parked cars on the right. When it happens does car move right as much as if you were turning right by turning the steering by the same amount? Even if both wheels point slightly right by same amount tracking would still show as out due to the ackermans angle (the wheel on inside of a bend either left or right has a smaller turning circle than wheel on outside so it turns in slightly more) |

P.S are you tyre pressures the same? You mentioned moving tyres front to back did you also swap left and right? Also are the tyres directional and fitted correct way round (will have a directional arrow on sidewall) |

Yes, steering wheel is turning more and car is not following that much, until I reach higher speed and turning radius of the steering wheel is less. Then car goes more to the right. I will check tyre pressure in following days. But issue was present even with equal tyre pressure. Something is moving whole car to the right, steering goes almost immediately, but since it is much lighter in the slower speeds, I am able to keep it straight without too much force

Do these have mechanical steering or motorised? could the central position of steering wheel need recalibrating or steering senor need replacing? Or a maybe a power steering issue |

I really dont know, that is a very good question. I read on the internet that after wheel alignment, steering wheel sensor should be recalibrated. I have to say, this is the first time I hear about that. This shines a new light into my problem. I never had error regarding steering wheel sensor, but that doesn't mean it doesn't need calibration. I would really love to see what would Lexia say about steering wheel position.

I have checked regarding calibration, and got a feedback that is unlikely a cause of this issue. I will order new suspension next week, and try to book change. Hopefully that will fix this issue.
