Hi everyone I'm new here so pls be gentle.. I have an issue with my 2014 airdream 1.5 diesel that I need some advice on please.. It broke down (again) limp mode until eventually just stopped and wouldn't start. recovery guy said it had an injector fault so took it to fuel injector specialist near me. Was told by the garage injectors are fine. Timing was fine (no jumped belt). But no compression on number 2 cylinder. Apparently I need a new engine at a cost of £4300. Does anyone who knows think this sounds right? Has anyone else experienced this? Very Vague I know |

Get it diagnostic scanned with Diagbox first to see what errors it's throwing out. Either Citroen dealers can do that, or you can buy on off eBay for about £20 and do it yourself. |

First thing to do is double check the compression result. If it is bad then it'll need the head off to find out what happened. |
