Economy mode. Car won't start

 Hi ppl tried changing fan motor. So no luck hecne checked all fuses and relates all was fine then car does not start
Cars on economy mode but engine don't start
No radio or headlights
Central locking works though
Tried jump starting with mates car no luck though.
Rechecked all fuses all fine
Car reads key
When in ignition the key lights Speedo then shows economy mode and that's it.
Even tried disconnect battery and reconnect while later bit still no luck

Please please any advice would be greatly appreciated. No car so headache

 Economy mode is to protect the battery from becoming too discharged to start the car., The first thing it will do is to stop the radio, and the fact that the lights won't work are probably caused by it. Economy mode is not the reason why the car woon't start. Does it turn over on the starter?

 No mate doesn't tried jump leads still same. Starters fine checked on multimeter as well

 Updatem AA camee reset battery and Alhamdulillah car started. aA said car was refusing to geto uta economy mode hence the issue. Thanks for all the help everyone genuinely appreciate it
