 Hi All

Just inherited my dad C4 Picasso Past way Dec 21

So I want to update touch screen system software
look at some of the post on the forum but go back to 2017 is there any thing a bit more up to date I do not want to go to the Citroën garage because I know this will be expensive

Any help is appreciated to update system

 Your system is SMEG+, latest sw that I have found is 5.43.A.R2.
Unfortunately, I cannot post direct link here to forum that cover pretty much all car's system's.

Will this update do the GPS + Map system as well?. Do I need to backup system to USB pen 1st if so how do I do this thank

 I have never backup system on RT5. just follow the procedure on how to flash it correctly. You can download maps separately, in my case, I have first updated system then maps.

 Great job, procedure is pretty much the same. Just download what maps(regions), countries you need.

 Just found a invoice for a map update on the 16/8/2019 I do not know if this is version 1 or version 2 update, I saw somewhere there is a version 2 my question is it worth upgrading and is there a new version now in 2022?

 I have found version from 2021, as the latest. If its worth, I really dont know. If its working now, and you dont have any big difference between real situation and maps in the system, I would not upgrade. In the end, I use Google maps and my phone since they are always up to date anyway.
Fyi, those countries are covered: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (F.Y.R.O.M),Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom

 I see in the menu you can change the theme of the screen is there anywhere where I can download any more themes ????
