Hello,
I have some struggle with an ABS wheel speed sensor, the old sensor has been replaced plus we have replaced the ABS module (w/brakelines)
The scanner says that there is short or a no ground to the sensor.
My question is how does the ABS wheel speed sensor circiutry look like.
And where does the two wires from the ABS wheel speed sensor connect to?
We have tried to clean all the plugs going into the BCM and the ECU with no luck.
Its at a stable 0 kph. when driving - the three other sensors are working fine.

Best regards and happy new year

Check the magnetic ring on that side, it may have rust on it. It has ti be cleaned, even a small rust will give false data and reading. Ring is where the ABS sensor is.

Thanks.
The bearings has been replaced on both front wheels but that did not help.
They both had a scruffing sound, we did not replace them due to the ABS fault.

Best regards.

They will head the ABS ecu, wherever that lives on your car. Buzz out the wires, if not the wiring then could be a duff ecu

If I understood correctly, you have issue only with one wheel? If that is the case, check again wiring from sensor to the car body for possible one wire etc. If its only one sensor, again, check the gap between sensor and magnetic ring.
