Hey all.

Been googling for a few days and cannot find an exact answer to an issue with our DS4 Sport Petrol 1.6 Thp 200 with 36k miles on the odometer.
Couple of weeks ago whilst driving the car it started to splutter and eventually stalled. The radiator fan was running at full speed for at least 5-10 mins even though it wasnt over heating.
I had my code reader with me and got the following codes

1. P0087 - Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too Low
2. P1336 - Control of Injector for cylinder n1 : Injector Voltage too low
3. P1337 - Control of injector for cylinder n2 : Injector voltage too low
4. P1338 - Control of injector for cylinder n3 : Injector voltage too low

After leaving the car off for a few mins, clearing codes, and restarting it was fine and drove the 75 miles home and was ok for a couple of weeks. But the fault returned. Now the car starts with engine faults (same as above). and the cooling fan still runs for about 5-10 mins even with no key in the ignition and still cold?
Could this be a failing fuel pump which I read is common. Car still drives but lacks any power and splutters

Many Thanks for any suggestions people may have.

It was a failing fuel pump.

The fuel pump was only making 35 bar of pressure instead of the required 50 bar.

[%*^#@!] poor for a car thats done 35k miles imo.

Well done identifying the fault and posting the result, it will no doubt help someone else if the same happens to them
