Hi we had issues starting awhile back, it got more and more difficult then I removed and put back the fuel cap and the problem went

Now it's started doing the same again.

Assuming it's a fuel tank vacuum issue is it just a question of cleaning the breather pipe down to the tank or is there something else afoot please?
