Hi, I have a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2017 and it has the standard TomTom Navigation. I recently have started experiencing that the GPS system in the car or software seems to have a disconnection from the GPS satellite. If I am parked near Heathrow Airport it shows me that I am in Croydon 78 miles away from my actual position. The navigation route also shows incorrect details of my current position. I have updated the map from Citroen site to PSA_ovip-int-firmware-version_21-08-87-32_NAC-r1_NAC_EUR_WAVE2 but that has not helped. I have also updated the touch screen software but no help there as well. I have done my best to get this resolved via Citroen Connected Services team but no help from Citroen as well. It appears that QuickGPSfix type of software may have been corrupted. I need some assistance please. Please help. | ||
