Is it a real auto or a fake auto?

The fake auto should be the same process as a manual, just drain it and fill it.

A real auto is difficult to do since much of the fluid will be left in the torque converter and cooler. Best way I saw to do this was to disconnect one of the cooler pipes then start stop the engine draining a bit at a time and topping up by the same, eg run engine until you drain 0.25l, fill 0.25l, repeat several times.

Whats the meaning of fake or real auto?

Its a semi auto so does that make it a fake?

A real auto has a torque convertor and uses hydraulics to do the gear changes.

A fake auto is a manual with electronics controlling the gears and clutch.

I would expect this to be a 6 speed EGS gearbox, as this appears to be the only auto fitted to 2.0L petrol cars. Look at the gear selector. An EGS box doesn't have a park (P) position. The traditional type with a torque converter will have P.

Could I ask why you wish to change the oil?

I got a leak in transmission i fixed the leak but im sure my transmission oil is lower than recomnended and as i have no idea what oil is in it as i have only owned the car for 1 year thought it best to change the transmission oil rather than just topping it up.. My car has no P position just Reverse Neutral Automatic and Manual

Usual process is just drain it out from the bottom drain plug. Then fill it with the set amount recommended for your box through the top breather.

The citroen repair docs dont list EGS gearbox for your model, it lists BE4, ML6C, AL4, AM6C, BVM6, and MC manual piloted 6-speed gearboxes.

AL4 and AM6C look to be real autos.
ML6C is manual, same as mine. And BE4 is manual.
I presume you have the MC piloted manual, if so, it needs 2.1 +/- 0.1 litres
