Hi all. I will be changing rear discs on my C4 2005 hatch and I've seen on here that to tighten the bearing nut I need to torque it to 90nM+30°(I think) I've got a torque wrench that goes up to 210nM so what should I set it to? or should I go 90nM and a bit? but others are saying that it should be 300nM. I've seen a guy on here giving instructions on how to and he says 90nM+30°. So my question is what do I set my torque wrench at Thanks |

The B7 C4 appears to be 300Nm The older C4 appears to be 70Nm + 45 degrees |

So mine will be older C4 as it's MK1. So I reckon I'll go either with 70Nm+45° or 90nM+30°( or a bit as someone said in other thread)

Having had issue with people just tightening things up, I always use the correct torque for brakes and suspension parts. You dont want it to shear or slacken.
