 I've just recently purchased a 65 plate C4GP Exclusive+ BlueHDI 120 and have already updated the Maps as the car told me to. What I am wondering is how I go about updating the firmware?

I have seen a few posts on here but all the links are dead. I currently have SMEG5.4.B.R8. Is there an update to this?

If so does anyone have any links at all?

Format usb to fat32, extract file and paste into root of usb. Plugin car and let it detect.

 Just had a msg onscreen stating map update available. When I go to - Click Here - it says Europe map update unavailable.

 If you have a B78 Picasso, you are on the site for the previous model, there are different sites for the different nav systems.

Which model/ year is your car?

 Its the new C4 2016. And yes that's the site I am on and map is unavailable for the 7" touch screen

So when I do this I just get a message saying error reading disc and nothing happens. Full Format to FAT32 with default allocation 8GB Kingston USB. There is also only one USB port on my car so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Are all the files/folder inside the zip in the root folder of the USB drive?

Also, have read to use a 16gb USB, not sure if this is the case. Have you got a different USB drive can try? Have seen the systems can be picky on some sticks.
