2012 Citroen C4 eHDi Air Conditioning Freon R134a Regas Any Ideas?

 Couldn’t find a guide for this on this forum I know that it takes 440gms of Freon R134a to fully refill the gas if the air con is completely empty of gas for the 2012 Citroen C4 eHDi but there is nothing on this? Any guide/help would be appreciated, cheers.
