Does anybody know what the height of the tailgate opening is on the C4 Picasso (2013-18) and/or C4 Grand Picasso? I've seen anything from about 830mm to 900mm quoted on ridc.org.uk for essentially the same model. In normal times, I'd pop along to my nearest Available Car with a tape measure, but you need an appointment these days. TIA.

Do you mean from the inside of the car tailgate frame or from the ground ?

Sorry, should have been clearer. From the bottom of the tailgate frame to the top i.e. what's the tallest bit of furniture I could fit through the tailgate.

Hi
You more than welcome to come with a measuring tape and try it on my car, but might be easier if I do that for you instead,

2017 C4 Grand Picasso flair must be same on other models I can check the 2015 C4 GP Exclusive tomorrow and update if any difference

Horizontal / side to side measures 100cm
Vertical / top to bottom measures 85cm
Diagonally Top left to bottom right corner to corner Measures 125cm(useful for thin wide items)

Give or take One or two centimetres as it was dark and used wife’s sewing tape couldn’t find mine.

Biggest item I moved using this car was American style fridge freezer and that was a 100% capacity I would say and managed to shut boot, also a dismantled super king size bed frame really heavy and solid frames this one was a struggle to fit in all without damaging the door carts and interior took so much cover and cardboards to keep them safe.

Many thanks. Looks like it will definitely fit the bill. Now we just need to decide whether a 1.6 or 2.0 will best fit our needs. With frequent trips from the midlands to mid Wales with limited overtaking opportunities on A roads, more welly is probably desirable.
