See link to car here: - Click Here -

Comparing with prices of others, seems OK.
Anything I should watch out for?
Made a deposit payment of £99.

There's a 2014 for sale for £6995 - but that's in Blackpool - a bit too far away for me.

I've only been looking at Citroen dealers.

My thinking was that I can't go wrong if I have Citroen warranty?

Car reg is: KX65XTA.

Let me know.
I've done basic searching and checking - nothing to worry about as far as I can see?

Thanks.

Looks good to me, an approved used car that’s done about 10kpa - couple of minor issues on previous MOT’s but nothing to scare.

Looks OK. A VTR+ of that age won't have Sat Nav, but the satnav of that era isn't great by today's standards. I have it, but invariably use google maps on my phone in a vent holder.

VTR+ is a nice spec, has all you need. This one says it has fold flat passenger seat, later VTRs missed it off. I've only used mine a few times but its dead handy to bring long stuff home from the timber/plumbing merchants.

It's Blue Hdi so euro 6, so OK for ULEZ, helpful to have Citroen Select warranty.

Not exactly cheap for a 5 year old car, but it says it's one owner so that must be worth a bit. People who expect to keep a car 5 years often look after them.

Reading your question on warranty, as far as I know the Citroen Select warranty is only available on cars less than 5 years old. I might be wrong. The dealer advertised the car with it so assume the car is eligible. But - before you part with more than your £99 deposit do check the actual date of first registration and get a concrete assurance that the Citroen warranty is part of the deal. It's better than most.

Aaaah... that answers one of the key questions I had.
I'm not sure about getting if I can't get cover for next years.
I'll have to give it a bit more thought.

Don't take my word for it, check with dealer. It might be less than 5 years old if it was registered in the later part of 2015.

It’s less than 5 years old - being a ‘65 it has to have been registered on 1st September 2015 at the absolute earliest and 20 seconds on the internet suggests the first owner picked this car up on that day. The dealer is advertising it as Citroen Select.

It’s covered

Good spot. My brain was 6 months adrift on the 65 registration window. It's the age at the start of the warranty that matters of course.
