Hi all, I've just had the dpf fuel additive low warning come up. I've been to the garage to have this sorted but they've found an issue with the obd port and they can't connect to it. Could be a faulty port or maybe even a wiring issue somewhere.
I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to leave the car with them for any extended period as they're not that local to me.
In the immediate future though to save any dpf issues is running dpf cleaner through basically the same as the fuel additive?

Is the garage a franchised Citroen/Peugeot dealer? The port may not be faulty - it may be garage's software is not compatible.
