Whenever drive-in slight uneven surfaces a sound corms from underneath. Removed undertray from front. Checked all arches underneath nothing including heat shields ect rattling shocks had springs are fine. No issues when driving over normal big jumps. Spent hours checking. Just can't find issue. Anyone had similar issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Antirollbar links or bottom balljoints are the usual

My last 3 Citroen's, 2008 C4, 2015 C3 Picasso, and now 2017 C4 B7 have had knocking at the rear only on uneven surfaces, they all do that sir is what I got from the dealers, the Picasso was so annoying that the rear dampers were replaced by Citroen under warranty, result lovely no more knocking, this lasted for less than a 1000 miles before the knocking started again though not as bad as before.

I had a tiny rattle from the front, only appeared on cobbled roads. Removed undertray, replaced drop links, still there.

Eventually traced to a tiny bit of wear in the outer steering tierod ball joint.

regards

Mine has never had any rattle from the rear.

I did replace just about everything on the front suspension as the top mount bearings had gone rusty!! along with the nut on top of strut, meaning cutting it off to get the strut off.
