Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6 E-hdi Airdream Exclusive 5DR Adblue refill location. Book states in the boot but I just have a blanking plate 3 inches in diameter. Under that is empty space. I cant see any adblue point in the petrol cap or under the bonnet or under any seats. Does it need adblue?

If you needed Adblue there would be a filler cap under the blanking plate. At that age, I'm sure the 1.6 doesn't use Adblue; if it did it would have a 'blue' badge on the boot. I thought it was first used on 120bhp 1.6s about 2016

E-hdi says it all.

Looks like you have a Euro 5 spec version, Euro 6 Blue Hdi came later to the 1.6 - mostly during 2016 and compulsory for registrations after Sept 2016 - but the handbook covers it because the 2.0 had it earlier.

With Euro 5 you won't be London ULEZ exempt when it rolls out in Oct 2021 nor today's ULEZ which mirrors the congestion charge zone. , so if you go inside (roughly) North Circular/South Circular ring from October 21 or the congestion charge zone now you will have to cough up about £12 a go. Not likely to bother you in Lincolnshire unless you go regularly.

One way to be sure to be sure is pop your number into the tfl page here:

If it says you have to pay, you have Euro 5 and no adblue.
