My car has reached a milestone this week by completing 100,000 miles and all is fine (touch wood) my dealer says my car has the highest specs he has seen and now includes up graded 35W 5500K HID Xenon Headlights together with upgraded main beam and fogs plus it’s just passed the MOT with no advisories and doing 58.6 MPG over the past 10,000 miles. The only problem is the Headlight washer still uses a lot of water and whilst it does have heated seats, I just wish it had a heated steering wheel. Its due for a service within the next few weeks so debating whether to have a the cam belt replaced before going to Spain later in the year and looking forwarded to using my boot camp although I used it in January staying at a motorway service station on the M6 but have to admit the weather was not to cold |

Me too - it will probably be fine but it’s a hell of a risk to take with 100k on the clock

Wow, that's good. Is your Manual or Auto? eHDI or AdBlue? What's the complete model spec? Nearly 60mpg is amazing for a 7 seater after 100k mileage. iscom wrote ...

Its a 2014 (Dec) C4 Grand Picasso Exclusive Plus, 1.6L Diesel, Airdream e-HDI Automatic with 360 parking with twin touch screen head rest, mud flaps, wind deflectors, leather heated seats, park assist, self parking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure, power tailgate, twin GPS dash cams front & rear, think it has full size spare wheel underneath (must check), Xenon lights with power washers. plus 240v Inverter and a TomTom 6200. As for MPG my other GPs gave good MPG (I stick to the speed limits) |

I just had a full service and had the cambelt and water pump replaced also the brake fluid changed which cost 630 Euro incl 75euro vat and 7.50 euro environmental levy. The only good thing is the next service is free (every 4th service is free)

No I go to - Click Here - I been going there for some time now, I was near there when one my GPs I had warning lights came on, he took in the workshop hooked it up and cleared what ever the fault was I ask how much he's reply that's ok. Been going there ever since. He's the only dealer I know who allows you to buy your own parts and they will fit @ charge just for labourer I did the with a Air Con condenser on my Birlingo and brake disc & pads this car but this time wanted a genuine Citroen cambelt so if I have problems I would be covered plus free service I think they must have re-calibrated the clutch or software as the gear change has never been so smooth |
