Car is C4 Grand Picasso VTR+ HDI S-A. YA61FLR VIN VF7UA9HR8BJ720123.

Original radio started to play up, would go into silent mode for anything from 3 mins to 3 weeks. Had radio checked by a radio workshop and the diagnosed a faulty chip and a repair cost of £260+. Bought a replacement radio from e-bay and had it VIN coded for the car, now the radio works fine and reacts to the steering wheel controls.

Now the problem, it does not work the bluetooth, aux, usb or reverse sensors!!!
I am assured that the radio has the same codes as the old one, the radio has to be coded to work with add ons. It connects to my phone (Samsung Note 4) dials out etc but no sound through the radio........

Anyone have any ideas? software updates or anything

Hi,
just noticed you posted your VIN number this isn't the best thing to do so you might want to mask some of the end
and for your problem it may not be the right one for you Vehicle or a connector wasn't connected so removing it may help see if anything is out of place
