Hello.

Anyone know where to get replacement elastic bands for the third row seat belt clip? These make the belt clip stick up so passenger can attach the buckle to it effortlessly.

One of the bands snapped. The manufacturer's ones are coloured red with some sort of metal joint.

Where to find replacements? Any info appreciated!

Try local scrap yards... its funny how I am seeing more and more C4's in those places now.

The problem with this suggestion is that to get it off I would have to snip it off with a pair of scissors.

How do scrapyards work? I always get the impression they're run by a few hairy grubby blokes with a reception room in a disused shipping container.

That's pretty much how they work!

My local one, you go in, get the bits you need & take them to the hairy grubby blokes in the shipping container & they decide what to charge you!

Had another look at the "bands" over the weekend. They are not bands - not a circular hoop. There is a hook (looks like a spear) on one end and a round cap on the other.

If only I have a name for them I could try find them online.

Looks like a diagram for the second row seats not the third.

Thanks for the help! I'll try upload a photo here if I remember

Yes! That should be the part I'm looking for! Do you have a part number for it - if it even has one. Thanks
