Hi would 17 inch Citroen phoenix alloys be ok on a MK4 C4 1.6 90bhp diesel vtr+ manual ?
In terms of road handling and economy. Would the car be Normal as per using these wheels from a exclusive on a vtr+. Any mods needed like different spigot ring?
Much appreciated

If they're Citroen 4 bolt wheels they should be a straight swap.

If you currently have 16" wheels, the ride will be a bit less comfortable.

As for mpg, it's hard to tell but there should be little difference. Michelin Energy tyres can improve mpg by 1 or 2 mpg.
