Hi everyone

I've seen one or two post on this subject but no conclusive answers.

I have a 2014 Exclusive and over the last few weeks the satnav cannot find my correct position or heading - for a few days it thought I was splashing around the North Sea.

I can see no settings in the menus to solve this. The car was in for a recent service. They disconnected the battery to force a reset but that didn't work. They want to charge me £95 for a diagnostic check with probably more to follow depending what is wrong.

Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?

Is the clock set to the correct date & time? This may be causing the GPS receiver to think the satellites are in a different place than they actually are.

Had the same issue with my 2016 Exclusive - it was the connection to the aerial - needed roof lining removing and aerial replacing. Luckily done under warranty.

Update - was considering costing the aerial option when the system has started working again. Don't know why! First of all it found me albeit pointing in the wrong direction. Then that sorted itself after a few miles. Perhaps a loose connection.... ?
