Absolutely terrific. This car is excellent. No complaints, and the dealers have lived up to expectation, if perhaps a little expensive on the oil and parts. I've just had the 37,500 mile service completed, together with the ABS recall/check. The bill also included but not listed: No charge for supplying and fitting the two carpet retaining clips; enabling the CD Changer for the USB Box; a car wash (they did a great job on the wheels - see pic above) and a courtesy car. The faulty passenger side A/C control will be replaced under warranty when the parts arrive. The brake pads are still all OK (originals!) The rear tyres are down to 3mm of tread so will need replacing soon. The car drives much better now all the filters have been replaced, and I'm expecting my mpg to improve over the next few months. Thank you Windsors! (I'll put something in the dealer reports) |

Ouch! - That is a bit expensive on the oil! 4 litres @ 8.20 per litre + VAT! Other parts prices are standard I'm afraid and set by Citroen. £60 for a fuel filter is scandolus.. a constant gripe we have with Citroen UK unfortunately. Similar to the gripe we have with Citroen insisting that a set of 3 wipers for a C4 Hatch costs £72inc VAT !cursi! I bet even Audi/BMW etc etc don't charge that much for their wipers. |

Looks smashing too. Shame the bill was so big though, I'd have spit my drink out and let them know I just wanted a service not a new car. Mind you I am tight. Edit: Forgot to mention, why pay that for wipers? I saw some posh clot in Halfords on Sunday, he paid for his wipers then requested they were fitted! Didn't know you could do that. Might go and but a sponge, shampoo and ploish and ask if they will fit them too. Fran |

Yes, the Total Quartz prices are outrageous, but I have no real complaint about the rest. They did quote me £280 + VAT when I booked in, and they've done everything else without charge. re: wipers: I got mine front ones via here, C4O, for something like £35, and the rear was just a replacement rubber blade from Halfrauds for a fiver. |

It is when I paid £32.00 for a fuel Filter and £5.00 for an oil filter (all + vat of course) from my local 'specialist' But I'm out of warranty BTW got the rear disks and last week (to be fitted March) - 'Genuine Citroen' packaging but the disks are clearly stamped on the outer edge 'Brembo' along with the size, number etc. |
