Help! I bought the daughter a C4 Picasso because she said that her C3 was to small. I picked up a 2010 1.6hdi exclusive with a duff engine. Fitted another engine, but it won't turn over on the key (no 'N' coming up on dash). Plugged the Lexia in and got 'error in communication' for the gearbox, abs and power steering pump. Even though it wasn't running when I bought it, it did recognise the gearbox and did turn over on the key. I have checked the plugs and can't see any signs of water ingress. The bsi, engine ecu, key and fusebox have been checked by BBA Remann. Has anyone got any ideas, because it's driving me mad (and the daughter).
