Latest map update problem

 I have downloaded the latest update for sat-nav, all ok, unzipped and put onto memory stick, but the car said it couldn't copy as files were protected. I looked at the properties of the files and they were all enabled as read only, each file was unticked read only, but every time I go back to the file to check, each one has gone back to read only? Any ideas what I have done wrong?

 Not sure what went wrong. It is suggested that you format your USB stick to FAT32, and then extract the zip file directly onto the USB stick to ensure that no file corruption happens.

Did you do all of that?

Ive experienced the same issue but i just tried another day with the exact same USB stick and files on it and it worked !

 I have a 2015 C4 Picasso Exclusive +
I have purchased the latest map and risk area updates from Citroen via here.com and THINK I have installed them correctly?

Can anyone please confirm that the map version should now read UK v 111.0 (386.4MB) and risk areas 04/06/18?

Pretty confident that my risk areas is up to date but have no idea if the map update has taken or not?

 I just got a map update from Citroen and my UK map is 112 and was about 500mb.
