Hi all. Hoping someone on here can help or impart wisdom. We have a 6 month old C4 Picasso. Last week the reverse wing mirror function (where they dip when reverse gear is engaged) on the right hand side mirror stopped dipping to the same extent. It does it but only slightly. The left mirror still works and dips properly. Can anyone tell me if they've had similar experience or if it is a setting I can change? I've looked in the manual and gone through the system but nothing comes up apart from turning the function on or off. I've read on older models that by selecting reverse, then adjusting the mirrors then coming out of reverse stores the level of dip, but the same technique doesnt seem to work. Many thanks |

On the two C4GP exclusives which I owned I thought you had to choose the mirror that you wanted not the two at same time.

This applies to pre 2013 models; on the newer version it works on both at the same time. EDIT. Just checked mine. Both of the mirrors dip, whichever position the selector switch is in! |

That's good to know as I will be collecting my 64 c4gp+ 360 & Xenons on Tuesday, so maybe with 360 fitted the reverse mirrors won't work

Many thanks I had the issue where the passenger side mirror which intermittently not return or not dip to the same extent. The is a repair for this at Citroen which I think they replace the switch. They also regreased the mechanism for my mirror which also helped. 1 1/2 years later and the fix is going strong! |

Have you tried seeing how much down is available on the right mirror by pressing the down button. If the right is already down-ish then it will less far to travel when dipping in reverse. That said, mine seem to not return and may not go down as far on occasion, I haven't really paid it all very much attention, because after re selecting reverse and the forward it always seems to fix itself, it could be my imagination that it is doing this intermittantly, as I say I don't pay much attention to it. |

My passenger mirror doesn't automatically dip in reverse but seems to gradually get into the wrong position (dipped or facing out from car). Must be that the mechanism needs greased or something as when adjusting manually I have to keep tapping it, it won't travel continuously by holding the button.
