I've just had to have mine replaced, thankfully under warranty. This was the third time mine had been in; first it was a modified wiring loom, done under recall, then it was a replacement cap, a cheap and simple change but still a recall. Latest time was the first time it caused me any issues, but the symptoms were the same as the POs.

all 2014-2017 BlueHDI 2.0 please refer to your local dealer to replace the urea tank cap mentioned above. if you do it in time , it might save you £1000 (new urea tank).

Hello from Slovenia.
I had the urea, service and engine light turned on twice on the motorway with the tank almost empty. Both times the urea snd service lights went off after around 15 minutes. The engine light remained on for few days and then went off also. Did someone experience a similar issue? Is this related to the faulty urea tank?
Car is C4 GP 2015 2.0 150hp.
Thanks!

I had this. I filled up the urea tank. It only took 7L, whereas its capacity is 17L. Turned out to require a new urea tank> i think it is a faulty pump and, as far as I know, these are not available separately!

I was not clear enough. The fuel tank was almost empty, the urea tank is full.

You were clear enough. My urea light was on. I filled the urea tank. I still had the urea warning, and needed a new urea tank.
