 Anybody know what the torque value should be when tightening a new oil filter?

Also what size is the copper sump plug washer?

 The plastic oil filter cover (over the disposable paper element) should be tightened to 25Nm: so should the sump drain plug. Careful with the sump drain thread, I've has several fail on me.
