Its raining again and the C4 gets dirty each time I use it.
Decades ago my Dad told me to care for a car because of potential rust problems BUT nowadays cars are made to a far higher standard and certain panels are plastic... so, I wonder why I wash it in the wet months of Autumn and Winter!

What do you do?

Do you wash it frequently and properly and then wax it or
just do the windows, door handles, lights and mirrors or
wait until you can plant potatoes in the muck on your car?

My first crop of potatoes will be ready soon..... no, seriously, I just carry on washing as normal, but during the summer the car has been waxed 3 times to prepare for winter.... it also makes washing easier.
