Clunking noise from 1st to 2nd gear automatic gear box

 I have a 08 plate C4 Grand Picasso semi automatic, the car occasionally clunks between 1st and 2nd gear but is smooth through the rest of the gears and down again very smooth. Also when cold the car judders when setting off. Can anyone help please?

 For the juddering, try the hard reset method, works for me most of the time.

Not sure on the clunking, mine does it too, a double clunk like either the clutch releasing then engaging or the gear shift moving between gears. It's done it for years though!

 Hi I have a 09 grand picasso auto and have the same problem, just wondering did you do the hard reset and did it work?
